It offers cured, fresh, and frozen seafood products such as fresh fish directly from boats bluefish, butterfish, catfish, haddock, herring, mullet, pike, salmon, sardine, skate, sole, swordfish, tile fish, trout, whitefish, and tuna; shellfish including crab, crawfish, lobster, and shrimp; mollusk such as abalone, clam, cockle, conch, cuttlefish, mussel, octopus, oyster, scallop, snail, and squid; and echinoderms such as sea cucumber. It distributes its products to restaurants and hotels. It has its active operations within the country.
